01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PrizePH ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Accessing, browsing, or using any part of the PrizePH website at prizeph.best — including placing bets, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
PrizePH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check back periodically. Continued use of the Platform after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
02 Eligibility
To use PrizePH you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for participation in online gaming activities.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets.
- You must not be a person excluded or suspended from PrizePH for any reason, including voluntary self-exclusion.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of PrizePH or any associated company.
PrizePH may ask for identity verification at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or identity, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending review.
03 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active account on PrizePH. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email, phone number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. PrizePH will close duplicate accounts and may confiscate any funds or winnings associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 Account Security
Your login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. PrizePH will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@prizeph.best. PrizePH is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with a third party.
3.4 KYC Verification
PrizePH operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on PrizePH are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund your account. PrizePH reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Deposits made through bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 6 for details.
PrizePH does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
05 Betting Rules
5.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets
The minimum single bet on PrizePH is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account status. PrizePH may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical error during the confirmation process, PrizePH may void the bet and return the stake to your account. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at our discretion.
5.3 Odds Changes
Odds on PrizePH are updated in real time and are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. You will always see the final accepted odds before your bet is placed. PrizePH reserves the right to suspend markets or amend odds in the event of a clear error, extraordinary circumstances, or feed disruption.
5.4 Settlement of Bets
Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body or league. For esports markets, official tournament results from the event organiser take precedence. In the event of a dispute, PrizePH's decision is final.
5.5 Void Bets
Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours; a clear pricing error occurs; the result cannot be verified from an official source; or a bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently made available in error.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
PrizePH offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per household, device, or IP address.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before they can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the offer specifies a different timeframe.
- PrizePH reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
07 Responsible Gaming
PrizePH is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players stay in control, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings.

08 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PrizePH and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit betting markets.
- Match-fixing or any involvement in the fixing of sports or esports events.
- Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the PrizePH platform or its underlying systems.
- Registering as a minor or using a false identity to circumvent age verification.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent a suspension.
PrizePH cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspected criminal activity will be reported without prior notice to you.
09 Privacy and Data
PrizePH collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). The full details of how we handle your data — including what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
By registering on PrizePH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@prizeph.best.
10 Limitation of Liability
PrizePH operates the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PrizePH is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
- Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment system delays outside our reasonable control.
- Errors in odds caused by data feed failures, provided that bets placed on clearly erroneous odds are voided and stakes returned.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits PrizePH's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
11 Amendments to These Terms
PrizePH may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send an email notification to your registered address or display a notice on the Platform when you next log in.
Your continued use of PrizePH after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure.
12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PrizePH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
PrizePH operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations in the Philippines. Players outside the Philippines who access the Platform do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local laws.
